Something for everyone with 4 homes including 1 to 4 bedroom homes from 500 to 2000 sq ft. Game-room on site so you dont miss out on the fun! Private propane grills and fire-pits in all homes with free propane and firewood. Family reunion, business meetings? We can host your large groups up to 34 people. We take pride in maintaining a very clean environment for our guests, all our houses are non smoking and we allow dogs but not cats. We have a brand new 60 ft. X 70 ft. pickleball, badminton, basketball court!! Also great for dancing, outdoor weddings, family reunions, get togethers!! Landscaping and paint to come but ready for play now!

Beautiful Custom Rustic Home in country setting. Open plan living, stone fireplace, large kitchen, custom marble/steel island, farmhouse sink, tiled bathroom. 3 bdrm 2 bath, 2000 sq ft home. Accommodates 11 adults with King bed, Queen bed, 5 single beds (in bunk bed form) and a single movable bed and a sleeper chair in living room. Game-room on site (shared space). Propane grill/free propane. Private fire-pit, free wood yea!
Very cool rustic house with 2 living areas, the pictures really dont do it justice as people say! All our houses are kept "sparkling clean"!
Beautiful custom rustic 1800 sq. ft. home in country setting, 5-15 minutes to Lake Texoma! House is only a few years old with the 2nd living area just completed in July 2020. Open plan, vaulted ceilings. Set up with 2 living areas. One has a full kitchen with stove/oven, the other has a smaller kitchen with everything but an stove. Bathroom 1 has a huge tiled bathroom & shower and seperate tub and double sinks. Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom also and has a large fiberglass shower, toilet and sink. House will sleep 11 (9 adults and 2 kids) in 4 bedrooms with 9 beds total. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is really a nice large living area with couch and 2 recliner. It has 4 twin XL beds (2 - bunk-beds). Bedroom 4 is personal size about 5 ft. by 10 ft. and very cool with cedar walls, 12 ft. ceilings, comfy 12 inch twin XL bed, drapes instead of door and cool décor! There are also 2 twin size beds in a bunk-bed setup in large rear hall. These 2 in the hall are full length but slightly narrower than a twin bed. They have portholes like a ship and lights inside. Good for kids or smaller adult.

Main house has a king bed in bedroom 1 and has curtains to separate it from the living area, Queen bed and twin in loft in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 is a detached bunkhouse 10 ft from main house.
Bunkhouse has 2 twin beds in it and no bathroom. Mitsubishi central heat/air, 3 ceiling fans. Game-room on site (shared space). Propane grill/free propane. Fire-pit, free firewood yea!
